Digital Products
June Studio Designs sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable files and editable templates, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the product has been provided.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for:

Accidental purchases

Incorrect template selection

Failure to read the product description

Purchasing the wrong size, format, or design

Incompatibility caused by unsupported software, devices, or internet access

Delays resulting from an incorrect email address provided at checkout
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, requirements, and preview images carefully before purchasing.
Digital Product Access
Most products are delivered instantly through our third-party template platform, Corjl, or via digital download following purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and checking spam, junk, or promotions folders if delivery emails are not received.
If you do not receive access to your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a product is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or cannot be used as advertised, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, may:

Any remedy provided will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the nature of the issue.
EU & UK Customers
If you are purchasing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to and delivery of the digital product following purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

Delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase;

You expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract; and

Once access to the digital product has been provided, you may lose your statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not affect any rights you may have where the product is defective, not as described, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
