At June Studio Designs, we sell only digital products. No physical items are shipped.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads and editable templates, all sales are generally final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Incorrect template selection
- Failure to read the product description
- Incompatibility with personal software or devices
- Delays caused by providing an incorrect email address at checkout
Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.
Consumer Rights
If a product is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, significantly different from the description, or cannot be used as advertised, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include:
- fixing the file or template access issue
- providing a replacement file
- offering a refund
EU & UK Customers
By purchasing and downloading/accessing our digital products immediately after checkout, you acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights that may otherwise apply to digital content once delivery has begun.
Template Access
Our templates are delivered digitally via third-party platforms, Corjl. Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address at checkout is correct and for checking spam/junk folders if access emails are not received.
