If you've just grabbed one of our templates, this little guide will walk you through how to access your order, what to do if something doesn't land in your inbox, and one quirky thing to know if you paid with Apple Pay.
First things first: what happens after you buy?
Your template isn't delivered as a download. Instead, it comes through Corjl, the online editing platform we use for all our templates. Corjl sends an email to the address you used at checkout, and that email is your golden ticket in.
Two ways to get into your order:
The most common way is to open the email from Corjl. It usually arrives within about 10 minutes of payment. In that email, look for the "Edit Your Item" button, as shown in the image below, and click it. It will take you to the Corjl site for you to create a free Corjl account and access your templates.

If that email isn't in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder first. It ends up there more often than it should. If it's still nowhere to be found, or if the email address you used is no longer active, just send us an email at hello@junestudiodesigns.com with your Order ID and the email address you'd like us to use. We'll sort it out.
The other way is to go directly to Corjl.com and click "Edit My Design." You'll create a free account (it takes two minutes), then enter your Order ID and the email you used at checkout. This is a great option if you want to keep all your designs in one place or if the original email got lost along the way.

Paid with Apple Pay? Read this bit.
If you used Apple Pay and had the "Hide My Email" option turned on, Apple may have used a private relay address (something like @privaterelay.appleid.com) at checkout. When that happens, Corjl can't reach you directly through their system.
The fix is easy - just email us at hello@junestudiodesigns.com with your order number and a real email address you'd like us to use. We'll resend your access link manually and get you sorted.
A few things that'll make editing smoother:
Corjl works best on a desktop or laptop — ideally in Chrome. It's not great on mobile or in-app browsers, so if something looks off, try switching to a computer first. And use the same email address you checked out with, since that's what your order is linked to.
We genuinely want you to have a smooth, enjoyable experience with your templates. If anything feels confusing or isn't working the way you expected, just talk to us. We’re here to help.
